To make your Rust Server visible and joinable for others, you also need to allow it through the Windows Firewall. The Windows Firewall is enabled by default. This post won’t discuss antivirus software, as it’s a broad subject. Just be aware that if you’re using antivirus software, there’s a possibility it might act as the firewall instead of the Windows Firewall.
